Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Author Guidelines

1. Manuscript Preparation:

  • Format: Utilize a word processor (Word or LaTeX) and adhere to the APA 8th edition style guidelines.
  • Structure: The manuscript should be organized into the following sections: Title, Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, and References.
  • Length: The manuscript should not exceed 8000 words, inclusive of references and appendices.
  • Anonymity: To ensure a blind review, the author's name must not appear in the file title or within the document. Detection of the author’s identity will result in the rejection of the manuscript for the current and future issues.

2. Manuscript Submission:

  • Platform: Manuscripts must be uploaded through the submission system available on the journal's website.
  • Additional Documents: Authors are required to submit a cover letter and declarations of any conflicts of interest along with their manuscript.

3. Review and Publication:

  • Peer Review: The peer review process is double-blind. Authors are encouraged to suggest two potential reviewers with appropriate expertise.
  • Revisions: Authors must respond to reviewers' comments and submit a separate document detailing their responses to each comment.

4. Ethical Standards:

  • Originality: Manuscripts must be original works and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • Plagiarism: Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited. All submissions will be subjected to plagiarism detection software.
  • Conflicts of Interest: Authors must declare any potential conflicts of interest.

5. Use of AI:

  • Assistance: Authors may use AI tools to enhance grammar and structure but not to generate original content.
  • Transparency: Any use of AI tools must be explicitly declared in the manuscript.
